  • Having lived and worked in the Clinton area for many years I have come to know or know of many trades people.  Whether it is for an appliance in need of repair, a roof repair (or a new roof), septic inspection, repair, or replacement, a new well, window replacement, or just about anything else having to do with a home. Or if you need help in finding the requirements of various municipalities for inspections, permits, or certificates feel free to call me.  If I don’t know the answer, I will find it out and get back to you.  Just like any offer of this kind there has to be a disclaimer:  Terry Kilgallen 1% Realty LLC or myself, Terrence J.
